Rates
Process Serving Rates:
Please Note: When you email your assignment, the price listed on this rate sheet includes the first 50 pages. Additional pages cost $0.25 per page.
Routine Service*: 4 attempts. Rates vary per address, please contact us for more information.
10% Advance Fee required. Additional fees may apply.
Research and stakeout rate:
$60 per hour
Late-Night Rates (Service after 8 PM):
$60 on top of the regular rate for the respective county and price zone.
Additional $50 due to increased risk and complexity. This applies to cases involving potentially dangerous individuals or locations.
High Risk/High Difficulty Rates:
Additional Attempts:
$45 per each additional attempt after the initial attempt(s). For routine service only.
Key Pick-Up/Drop-Off:
$45 flat fee for picking up and dropping off keys to gain access to a service location.
Copy and Fax Rate:
$0.25 per page for copies.
$1 per page for faxes.
Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Cancellation: If a service request is canceled within 24 hours of submission, a full refund will be issued.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged half the rate of the original service.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the process server is unable to complete the service, a $35 fee will be charged for the attempt. The client will need to provide a new address for subsequent attempts, which will be billed at the regular rate.
Bad Address Policy:
Proof of Service:
A digital proof of service will be provided within 2-4 days of successful service. If a physical copy is required, an additional $10 fee will apply.
Data Privacy Policy:
All client information and case details are kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with authorized personnel directly involved in the service process.
Services provided will be conducted in compliance with local and state laws. Any requests that require deviation from legal standards will be declined.
